Our project “Deaf Culture, Heritage and Diversity” officially began with the very first partner meeting in Groningen. It was an inspiring start where five partner organizations came together: Turkoois (Dennis Hoogeveen & Elias Stuifzand), WITAF (Florian Gravogl & Eva Böhm), Equalizent (Joanna Kinberger & Amina Gandimaa Enkhbayar), IST (André Ebouaney & Susanna Ricci Bitti), and Innosign (Marek Kanas & Diana Majercakova).
The meeting focused on getting to know each other, building connections, and laying the foundation for the project. We discussed expectations, divided responsibilities, and started planning the next steps. A key point was preparing the upcoming survey, which will help us gather valuable insights for the development of materials and training.
It was a productive and positive first step on our journey together. With the plans now in motion, we’re looking forward to the next stages and sharing more updates soon.
