The second partner meeting of our project “Deaf Culture, Heritage and Diversity” took place in Prešov. After the inspiring start in Groningen, this meeting focused on moving from plans to concrete content.
Partners came together to discuss the main themes of the project and to reflect on the outcomes of the survey. The survey results provided valuable input from deaf young people and youth workers, and during the meeting we translated these outputs into the first ideas for the curriculum. This means that the workshop topics will not be chosen randomly, but will be directly based on the needs and interests of the community.
It was exciting to see the very first outlines of what will later become the training materials and workshops. The Prešov meeting marked a real step forward: from ideas on paper to concrete building blocks for the curriculum.
