We are delighted to announce that the DCHD workshop videos are now online and freely available. This series of educational videos brings the project’s content directly in sign languages.
The videos are recorded in the sign languages of the project partners — Slovak Sign Language (SPJ), Dutch Sign Language (NGT), Austrian Sign Language (ÖGS) and Italian Sign Language (LIS). They guide viewers through the individual Deaf Studies topics and complement the curriculum and handbook with a fully visual, accessible format.
For the Deaf community, sign language is the natural language of learning. That is exactly why we have made all of the content available in video form too — so that it is clear and open to everyone.
Educators, youth workers and the Deaf community can use the videos in workshops, in teaching and for independent study.
